Booking & Tickets
How do I book a ticket?
From the search box on the homepage, choose departure and arrival ports, travel date and passenger count. Pick a suitable voyage, enter passenger details and complete payment via 3D Secure. Your e-ticket is delivered to your email within seconds.
Can I present my ticket from a mobile device?
Yes. You can show your e-ticket from your phone screen or as a PDF at the port gate. Printing is not required.
Is a passport required on international routes?
Yes. All ferry voyages between Türkiye and Greece require a passport valid for at least 6 months. A Greek / Schengen visa is required; a 7-day visa on arrival is also available at the port. Please verify visa requirements with the relevant consulate before travel.
Refunds & Changes
How do I request a refund?
Send your refund request to [email protected] including your ticket number, full name and contact details. Requests are handled under regulatory rules and the operator’s policy; refunds are issued to the card used for payment.
What if the voyage is changed by the operator?
In case of postponement, cancellation or weather-related changes, the operator’s own policies apply. Please check email notifications before contacting us.
Can I change my travel date?
Date changes are possible subject to availability and the operator’s policy. Email us with your ticket details; we respond as quickly as possible, usually the same day.
Payment & Security
Is my payment secure?
All payments require 3D Secure. Card details are stored on the bank infrastructure — never on our systems. Our website is protected end-to-end with SSL.
Which payment methods can I use?
Visa, Mastercard and Troy cards are accepted. For cards issued abroad, please ensure your bank has enabled international transactions.
On Travel Day
How early should I arrive at the port?
For international voyages, arrive at the port at least 60 minutes before departure to complete customs and passport checks.
Am I allowed to bring luggage?
A hand-luggage allowance per passenger is provided depending on the operator’s policy. Additional and oversized luggage may incur a fee — see the operator information shown in the ticket search results for details.
